I’ll reorder this again someday, so 5 stars!
It’s great, though, not exactly what I was hoping for but I actually do enjoy the aroma of both the dry stick and the burning aroma.
I’m from North Carolina and grew up in pine country with natural wild fir trees all over the place, so I’m very familiar with the true aroma of the live rosin naturally resonating in the NC mountains during the summertime, it’s heaven to me, and I find the real sent to be most elegant.
This feels like a decent facsimile to my senses, not the true sent of NC Fir; perhaps other than the amber resin, if I hadn’t been told this has NC fir in it I’d probably never know, and like I said the real sent is practically ingrained in me, BUT burning real evergreen actually smells horrible and produces a lot of very harsh smoke so it kinda has to be a facsimile. Contains copal so be careful. Tip: It pairs nicely with jasmine-honey-rose soap.
